Each membership package includes:

  • 15 Searches (plus 15 additional searches for if you sign-up for 2 years, or 45 additional searches if you sign up for 3 years!)
  • Access to Preferred Vendors List - This is a compiled list of Preferred Vendors that includes all kinds of contractors. Using an unknown contractor can be just as bad of an experience as dealing with a bad renter.
  • Access to Preferred Vendor Discounts - Tell a Preferred Vendor that The Hall sent you, and you can get special Member discounts.

The cost of membership is as follows:

  • $149.00 per year
  • $250.00 for 2 years (15% discount)
  • $355.00 for 3 years (20% discount)

Additional Search Pricing

If you run out of searches on your membership, you can purchase more searches for your account

  • 25 searches: $34.95 ($1.40/ea)
  • 50 searches: $59.95 ($1.20/ea)
  • 100 searches: $99.95 ($1.00/ea)

If you do not have a membership, you can simply register as a free user and commit a Quick Search.
