About the Renter Hall of Shame


The Hall was created by a real estate investor who was fed up with tenants damaging his property and skipping out on rental payments. Fed up with only getting part of the story via credit reports, background checks and previous landlord verifications. There had to be a better way to screen for bad tenants!

Every month bad renters move from house to house and from investor to investor leaving a trail of destroyed properties and bad debt for the investor to sort through. Often it costs the investor more money to pursue the renter than the renter actually owes – not to mention the costs of court filings, attorney fees, and garnishments – and still not receiving the money that is due! Many times this information is not reported on their credit report and is unknown to the next investor/victim.

The Hall was created to put an end to these “professional renters” and provide landlords and property managers with accurate information pertaining to an applicant’s true rental history.
